- The Program Manager, Subcontracts (Non-Attorney) position reports to the Director of Programs and Subcontract Administration (PSA) and will support various programs, subcontracts, and administration across the department.
- This position will oversee the various aspects related to programs, including contracts, negotiating, drafting and review of contracts, including government contracts, vendor and professional services agreements, events, and fee-for service contracts under the direct supervision of the Director and/or supervising Attorney.
- The Program Manager, Subcontracts (Non-Attorney) must have experience with document review projects and the review and analysis of complex, voluminous documents including but limited to contracts, subcontractor/subgrantee agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Certificates of Insurances, and any other related documents.
