- Directs internal and external emergency communication, parking administration and enforcement and all-access control center.
- Hires, trains and supervises student employees working within the Communications and Parking areas within DPS.
- Directs campus parking, including permit sales/revenue generation, parking violations appeals, community and/or special event parking.
- Shares 24/7 on-call responsibility on a rotating basis to respond to emergency situations and/or urgent matters for both Dispatch and Public Safety.
- Responsible for testing, maintenance, and upgrades of all software related to parking, access control, and dispatch.
