- Provide general supervision and evaluation to program managers and advise them in the planning, organization, and implementation of school operations,
- Collaborates with the Director and DJJ in oversight contract to include: student intake, discipline, transfer and or release andgeneral reporting requirements,
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education or related field; supplemented by a minimum of one (1) year of experience within an educational or youth service program, preferably working with troubled youth in a treatment program; or any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.,
- Obtainand maintain appropriate crisis intervention and physical restraint training and certification as defined by state requirements,
- Must possess and maintain valid driver's license in the state of employment; may be required to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsement.
