- The Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the program, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform all necessary responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor and/or the governance authority.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to requests for PTO.
- Meet with program leadership to develop Quality/Performance Improvement plans specific to the program.
- The Program Director must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.
