- DescriptionMassHire Department of Career Services (MDCS) oversees the Commonwealth's network of One-Stop Career Centers, that assist businesses in finding qualified workers and providing job seekers with career guidance, as well as referral to jobs and training.
- The Program Coordinator plans and provides customized direct services to businesses and their employees, throughout the business cycle, including layoff aversion services as well as layoff, plant closing and natural disaster services.
- The incumbent is required to travel statewide and assist Rapid Response staff in other regions as assigned.
- Reviews and compiles statistical data to generate Crystal reports, spreadsheets, and charts.
- Develops and implements Rapid Response marketing and guidance materials to help businesses understand the WorkShare program parameters and guidelines.
