- Under the general supervision of the Regional Program Manager, the Site Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations, long-term visioning, relationship building, safety alignment, overall communication and program quality of the McKay Elementary CAFE Community School.
- Oversee all aspects of extended day collaboration- aligning services of community partners, school-led activities, and MFS activities into one comprehensive model
- Create and implement professional development opportunities for support staff complying with MFS and 21st Century training guidelines and partnering with school staff including certified teachers, ELD, and SPED
- Work directly with MFS Human Resources Department regarding hiring, employee performance, and employee relations issues
- Perform administrative tasks, including organizing and facilitating meetings, developing and coordinating the advisory council, drafting an annual work plan and budget, compiling and disseminating program and MFS information and surveys, data collection and writing and submitting required progress reports
