- As a Product, Category Analyst, you will provide quality analytical support to the Merchandising Strategy Team with respect to customer insights, category strategy development, cross-category and customer-centric analysis and other activities on an ad-hoc basis.
- Leveraging both internal and third-party data sources, you will collaborate with the Merchandising Strategy Team on the development and continued refinement of customer-centric and store segment strategies, charged not just with delivering insights, but bridging the insights to actions gap through interpretation of available data and facts.
- Please note this is NOT an entry level data scientist or data analyst role, this position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years category analysis experience in either the retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods industries.
- Experience with third party data providers (Nielsen/Circana), PowerBI, category management, or retail operations experience is a plus.
- Provide analytics to the Merchandising Planning Strategy Manager as they develop customer-centric merchandising strategies and recommendations for key Merchandising stakeholders
