- JOB SUMMARYThe Procurement Coordinator will handle and execute the organization's purchasing decisions, while maintaining adequate stock levels and staying within budget.
- Oversee the ‘procure to pay’ process of issuing purchase orders and in turn, ensuring goods and services are received on time and in full.
- The coordinator will also be responsible for tactical quoting entailing sourcing & negotiations.
- Act as subject-matter-expert and point-person for SAP Concur Purchase Order system.
- Assist Commercial Procurement Specialist with managing procurement tasks within the Commercial office, including:Policy managementCompany-wide training and communication effortsAnalytical support on spend and savings Monitor open order reports, off-site inventory reports and daily/weekly reports to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
