Job Overview & Responsibilities:
PT Solutions works together with Ascension St. Vincent Carmel to provide rehabilitation therapy services in order to best serve patients in the area.  Your Responsibilities as a PRN Physical Therapist<ul><li>Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome?</li><li>Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs?</li><li>Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members?</li><li>Build and maintain relationships throughout the community</li></ul> 

Qualifications & Pay Range:
Qualifications <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program </li><li>State licensure </li><li>Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association</li></ul>Salary range for this position is $50 - $60 / hour
