- Under limited supervision, responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting and implementing the City's urban and community planning programs or current planning operations.
- Work involves extensive contact with government officials, attorneys, public and private agencies, citizens, citizen groups, and other City departments; and performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in urban or regional planning, public administration, architecture or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in urban planning, urban design or related discipline, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- A valid Florida driver's license is required.
