- The Preconstruction Manager I shall facilitate a streamlined and seamless hand off between these two construction management phases.
- Coordination related to permitting and government authorities, amongst development and completion of all other preconstruction and risk management templates and general leadership for the project.
- The Preconstruction Manager I will have significant amounts of time spent in front of clients and will need to represent the best interests of the Company and always engage as a leader to the best of the manager’s ability.
- The Preconstruction Manager I is also responsible, together with the rest of the Preconstruction Team, for identifying, implementing, and continuously improving all Preconstruction and Risk Management processes, systems and tools within the Company.
- Partner with the Preconstruction Manager II to coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of all assigned projects, Project Operations management team members, and support staff during the preconstruction activities up to the official hand off from preconstruction to operations in accordance with the preconstruction and risk management processes and procedures
