- Operate overhead crane to locate parts/assemblies (e.g., flaptracks, landing gear beams) into position to perform assembly work, as required.
- Drill, ream, and countersink full size holes in parts/assemblies in proper sequence and to correct size, per drawing, W/O or tooling instructions using power tools (e.g., drill motors, Quackenbush tool, Cleco motors) as required.
- Disassemble parts and deburr holes using deburring tools and files to prepare for installation of fasteners.
- Install bushings into housings using arbor press, C-squeeze and/or hydraulic puller.
