TRG Management, a large Property Management company with rental properties located across the State of Florida, Georgia and Arizona, is actively seeking a Porter to be primarily responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds. <ul><li>Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. </li><li>Replacing light bulbs. </li><li>Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. </li><li>Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space. </li><li>Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. </li><li>Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork. </li><li>Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers. </li><li>Cutting and trimming grass, if required. </li><li>Transporting small equipment or tools on property. </li></ul>The ideal candidate will possess: <ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). </li><li>A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as cleaning and basic maintenance. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. </li><li>The ability to lift and work heavy equipment.
