- As a glass substrate Dielectric Materials Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing dielectric materials used in advanced packaging substrate manufacturing processes.
- Research and Development: Conduct research to understand the properties and behavior of dielectric materials such as PID (Photo Imageable Dielectric), Thermal Curable Dielectric material for fine RDL such as sub-micron trace width and space and formation of interconnection via with diameter below 0.5um.
- Materials Characterization: Perform materials characterization using techniques such as SEM, TEM, AFM, XPS, FTIR, and ellipsometry to analyze dielectric properties.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph. D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years experience in the area of semiconductor dielectric materials or organic materials developed for similar applications
