The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: <ul> <li> Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours </li> <li> Learning the production processes </li> <li> Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees </li> <li> Being a hands on, working supervisor </li> <li> Performing set up work incl uding hanging tools, m ixing material and loading resin </li> <li> Cleaning hoppers and grinders </li> <li> Sampling </li> </ul> The background of the successful candidate will include the following: <ul> <li> Two or more years of plastic injection mold setup experience </li> <li> Two or more years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience </li> <li> Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday </li> <li> A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple years </li> <li> A US citizen or possess a green card </li> <li> A residence within 45 minutes </li> </ul>
