- Clean router cut area by using a small sandblast gun (Grit-blast), as required.
- Repair damage using the thermal spray machine, coordinate monitoring pyrometers with QA during operation and maintain specified heat, as required.
- Fair-in thermal/cold spray to ensure exact contour and smoothness, use various types of sanding and buffing compounds, as required.
- Set-up and operate portable anodizing machine to perform touch up work where part removal is not practical, as required.
- Liquid Coatings (etching mask, lacquer, penetrant dye, enamel, epoxy and latex paints, primer, frecoat), Metals (aluminum, brass, iron, monel, nickel, steel, solder, titanium), Solvents (acetone, turpentine, MEK, MPK)
