- The Plant Manager must direct the resources of the facility such that the plant operates within budget while delivering quality products, and superior service, in a safe and challenging work environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations and policies.
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of a robust process safety management program for the plant.
- Assumes responsibilities of the Plant Superintendent in their absence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry, Biology, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
