[Colorado Compensation: $25.58 Per Hour]</li><li>Outstanding, paid on-the-job training.</li><li>Union benefits offerings (Determined by trade and location)</li><li>Sick Time Off under the Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act</li><li>Award winning safety programs.</li><li>Overtime opportunities.</li><li>Growth Opportunities.</li></ul> The Position Proposition: Perform safe and accurate locates various types of underground utilities and assist other company personnel in matters related to company equipment and productivity. <ul><li>Performs safe and accurate locates, locating of various types of underground utilities.</li><li>Maintains high standards in both the quality and quantity of locating work.</li><li>Works to prevent damage to customer facilities by all reasonable and available means.</li><li>Efficiently manage and coordinate assigned work volumes.</li><li>Ability to make reasonable commitments and insures they are upheld.</li><li>Represents company in a courteous and professional manner with respect to conduct and appearance with contractors, vendors and customers.</li><li>Demonstrates respect towards fellow employees on any management or non-management level and honor requests made in relationship to work-related items.</li><li>Ability to identify and Inform supervisor/foreman when unique construction projects present an elevated danger to customer facilities.</li><li>Ability to identify and notifies their supervisor/foreman when inaccuracies or omissions in customer maps and records are discovered.</li><li>Availability to provide work support to other divisions of the company when needed and at supervisor/foreman's request.</li><li>Willingness to learn new job skills and tasks when the company deems appropriate.</li><li>Performs all work functions in accordance with the QUS field policy and procedure as well as the QUS Safety Policies and Procedures.</li></ul> Educational & Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>High School diploma or GED is highly preferred.</li><li>2 years of line locating experience is preferred.</li><li>Must possess and maintain an appropriate and valid driver license for the state in which the primary work functions are performed.</li><li>Knowledge/experience in Subsurface Utility (SUE) is a Plus.</li><li>Solid communication skills and reasoning ability. Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees, supervisors/foremen, excavators, contractors and customers.</li><li>Possess a fundamental understanding of basic locating concepts and a basic understanding of utility distribution.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret utility maps and utility records.</li><li>Possess a fundamental understanding of the One Call System rules and regulations.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret locate ticket request.</li><li>Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a continuous basis on a daily basis.</li><li>Standing, walking, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously.</li><li>Occasional hand-digging (shovel) hand excavation</li><li>Ability to work in the outside weather conditions in elements, will be exposed to a variety of noise and ground surface temperatures.</li><li>Primoris Gas Operations is a drug free environment. All positions require participation in federally compliant PHMSA or</li><li>FMSCA drug and alcohol testing programs.
