- Responsible for setting the strategic direction and executing the Pipeline Integrity Management programs that comply with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 [Integrity Management Program for gas and hazardous liquid pipelines].
- Responsible for leading the Pipeline Compliance Team to provide regulatory oversight and support to operations to ensure safe and compliant pipeline operations in accordance with federal and state pipeline safety laws and regulations.
- Serve as a liaison to federal and state pipeline safety regulatory agencies and facilitate pipeline safety inspections, investigations, and audits.
- Serve as SME for DOT PHMSA rules and regulations for G&P.Provide oversite to department owned programs such as MPC DOT Drug & Alcohol, Operator Qualification (OQ) plans, Annual Reporting, Control Room Management, Integrity Management, etc.
