Description Physical Therapist - Home Health Care Services - Sea Crest Home Health and Hospice-Costa Mesa Schedule: Variable Days, Mon-Fri with required Saturday/Sunday rotations, with options to work on weekends if desired Area Coverage: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Orange, Placentia, Santa Ana, Yorba Linda Job description: Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence. Working in Home Health provides the unique opportunity to care for your patients where they are most comfortable. Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines. California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
