- Rehabilitation services are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and bridging the transition from illness to wellness at home and community, by emphasizing the restoration of mobility and function.
- The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred.
- Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
