Outpatient orthopedic patients, with mix of pre/post op, worker’s comp, sports, and general orthopedic issues with no lack of patients. Permanent position in a team focused on patients and being leaders in the community.  Located in a town along the Columbia River 1 hour from the ocean, 1 hour from Mt. St. Helen’s, and Less than an hour from downtown Portland. Role Description<ul><li>  Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames</li><li>  Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and obtained goals</li><li>  Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy</li><li>Current WA state Physical Therapy license</li><li>Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting is helpful, but not required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification</li></ul>
