- Position is responsible for permitting and civil design work relative to roads, such as usage, repair, and maintenance for ensured access to all CNX Resources Corporation (CNX) assets which include, but are not limited to, unconventional well pads, natural gas pipelines, waterlines, well plugging, powerlines, tank pads, staging areas, etc.
- This position is responsible for in-field visits/walks, road design, permitting, mapping, project management, and administrative functions associated with a project.
- Work closely with internal CNX Groups from project inception through project closure by guiding heavy haul route selection, review project scope and provide guidance on permitting nexuses and determinations (including but not limited to State and Municipal Road Bonds, WVDOH MM109 permits, PennDOT HOP Permits, WVDOH CR/SR Weight Increase Request, etc.)
- Monitor and report on all phases of haul routes in relation to active operations schedules (preliminary planning, new site construction, drilling, completions, plugging etc.)
- Responsible to maintain visual representation (via ArcGIS/AutoCAD) of routes, road upgrades, permits and all associated attributes.
