- Manage entirety of bi-weekly payroll process, including creation/submission of the payroll file, the creation of payroll journal entries and disbursement entries, and the maintenance of payroll records and related reporting.
- Support the VP Finance and Accounting in building the annual labor budget based on discussions with LCNW leadership.
- Partner with People Resources during the annual open enrollment process for any new benefit set up and deductions.
- Support Accounting Manager and VP of Finance and Accounting with the annual preparation of Form 990 and 403b Plan Form 5500.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, including formula writing and creating pivot tables, required.
