Payroll Specialist / Accountant

- Individual is point of contact with external payroll provider (currently Paylocity).
- Support Payroll Coordinators and prepare, review and process weekly payroll to include but not limited to approval of hourly timecards, create data for salary positions, entering payroll changes, employee expense reimbursements, employee deductions and garnishments into the payroll Smartsheet and/or Paylocity.
- Maintains earning/deduction/tax codes in Paylocity.
- Responsible for system setup, department changes, GL mapping, and tax set up in Paylocity.
- Responsible for report writing and regulatory reporting for items to include, but not limited, to census reporting, 401k compliance, workers compensation data, SOX compliance and annual W-2 process
