- The Pavement Management Coordinator position performs professional, administrative, and technical work in the administration, planning, and coordination of the Asphalt Pavement Program under the direction of the Assistant City Engineer.
- Use City-specific programs such as Access Westminster, Geographic Information System (GIS), JD Edwards for financial and human resources applications
- Demonstrate knowledge of municipal government services, organizations, budgeting, fiscal systems, and general political structure
- Demonstrate knowledge of Public Works and Utilities operations, theories, principals, practices, and regulations, including water and wastewater treatment operations
- Assisting the Assistant City Engineer with the preparation of budget submissions from the Engineering Division for completeness and adherence with the Department’s and the City’s Strategic Plan
