Receives payments and issues receipts on patient accounts as appropriate. Oversee the operation of the Switch Board by answering all incoming calls, transfers, intercom and paging system. Provides general support to patients, families, visitors, and other departments in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards.
