Senior Counsel - IP Litigation Attorney Requirements At least 8 years of IP litigation experience and a focus on patent litigation
Substantial patent litigation case management experience
Experience dealing with all phases and aspect of Federal District Court patent cases
Technical undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in engineering, physics, or computer science preferred, but not required
USPTO registration preferred, but not required Associate - IP Litigation Attorney Requirements 3 to 5 years of patent and IP litigation experience with a focus on patent litigation
Strong desire to have progressively increasing case and client responsibility
Technical undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in engineering, physics, or computer science preferred, but not required
