- This position will support the Quinnipiac Poll's call center operations and is responsible for coaching the interviewer team to excellence.
- Hybrid positions, which include remote, work from home, and on-site shifts in our state-of-the-art call center facility in Hamden, CT are now available.
- Coach and mentor in-house and remote interviewers to meet quality and quantity standards of the Quinnipiac University Poll
- Manage call center workflow to ensure surveys are being conducted in a timely manner
- Monitor calls for in-house and remote interviewer teams and provide feedback regarding proper interviewing techniques
