- The position is also responsible for managing the MRP process of replacing stock parts, working closely on a day-to-day basis with the asset care planner ensuring all parts, components for planned and scheduled work are in stock and available for kitting in advance of the job start date.
- Manages the organization and layout of the storeroom location(s), while following all corporate storeroom policy, finance, and CAAS requirements related to parts room management
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure secure storeroom practices for inventory accuracy
- Works with engineering, reliability engineering on parts standardization to minimize the number of SKUs stocked
- Report out annual for ISO assessment and to procurement team when requested, while evaluating opportunities with procurement for vendor-managed, consignment, offsite vendor approaches to minimize storeroom SKUs and stock levels
