Compensation: $50-$65 /hour DOE This is a field position based out of our Huntsville, TX site Will cover palliative care patients at our partner facilities and some in-home patients in the Huntsville area Must have a current Texas NP License #AC-BNP Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know: Our Investment in You We are committed to offering comprehensive benefits and rewards to full-time employees who work over 30 hours per week and their families, including: <ul><li> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </li><li> Paid time off and paid holidays </li><li> Professional development </li><li> Company-matching 401(k) </li><li> Flexible spending and health savings accounts </li><li> Company store credit for your first AccentCare-branded scrubs for patient-facing employees </li></ul> Qualifications: Be the Best Palliative Nurse Practitioner You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! <ul><li> Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing </li><li> One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner required in CA </li><li> Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing </li><li> Minimum 1 year Palliative Care services experience preferred </li><li> Demonstrates familiarity with policies of the agency and state(s) and federal regulations pertaining to nursing services. </li><li> Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning </li></ul> Required Certifications and Licensure <ul><li> Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation with c urrent and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license in state(s) practicing </li><li> Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided. </li><li> Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization </li><li> Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred </li><li> Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations </li><li> Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance </li></ul> Posted Salary Range: USD $55.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
