- Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner required in CA Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
- nursing Minimum 1 year Palliative Care services experience preferred Demonstrates familiarity with policies of the agency and state(s) and federal regulations pertaining to nursing services.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning Required Certifications and Licensure Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation with current and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license in state(s) practicing Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided.
