- The "Outsourcing Team Leader" at the Syntegon-Decatur site is a key team member of the local Purchasing Team that is responsible for our engineered parts and components.
- As the Team Leader, there is a direct responsibility for developing processes and procedures for outsourcing and representation as the site owner during interactions with the North America Supply Chain Hub and other Global Supply Chain colleagues.
- Partner with the North America Supplier Development Coordinator to manage the local vendor relationships through site visits, regular meetings and performance evaluations.
