- Overview The Outside Sales Representative (“OSR”) will customarily and regularly sell products and services offered by 84 Lumber to current and new clientele away from 84 Lumber stores and other locations.
- This position is also responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals at an acceptable margin.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
