- As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will have the opportunity of working side by side with a talented Orthodontist and assist them in procedures from initial impressions for Invisalign or traditional braces, fabrication of retainers, bracket and wire changes and so much more.
- Connecticut: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
- Florida: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to expose X-rays).
- Georgia: CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
- Massachusetts: CPR Certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements must be completed per state regulations.
