- As an Operations & Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for oversight, leadership and development of a team of professionals focused on claims and underwriting regulatory support and shared service workflows available from common core applications such as Guidewire.
- Management oversight of policy and unit stat data reporting for NCCI and independent state bureaus ensuring timely and accurate reporting for all segment operating units leveraging common core Guidewire applications
- Management oversight of claims data reporting in accordance with various states requirements, including but not limited to, First Reports of Injury (FROI) and Subsequent Reports of Injury (SROI), and other various state specific claims regulatory reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Partner with HR and leadership team to execute on talent management and engagement strategies to increase employee engagement, drive performance and foster a psychologically safe environment
- Organize and manage regulatory reporting to reduce fines and penalties
