- Support, mentor, coach, and counsel Operations Supervisors and EMS Staff
- Oversee, review, and address service-related unusual occurrences, issues, or concerns; stay abreast of and follow up with Supervisor led investigations; review and finalize findings report; analyze and recommend process improvements and communicate with Supervisors and Regional Operations Manager/Director of Operations
- Manage and coordinate yearly audits and inspections for State, CHP, and DMV compliance; address and manage the implementation of any needed changes
- Assist Risk and Safety Manager for any work-related injuries and exposures on an as-needed basis
- Communicate effectively with the CEO, Human Resources Department, Operations Team, Billing Department, Communications Center, Account Managers, CCT Department, and VSTs and keep them informed and up to date on issues, trends, and any relevant information
