- Reporting to the Registrar, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing functions and processes within the Office of the Registrar, including but not limited to student withdrawals, readmission applications, academic petitions, independent coursework requests, and course and curriculum updates, as well as updating and maintaining records in the Banner Student System.
- The Operations Coordinator provides administrative support with diploma mailing and daily Registrar functions.
- Acts as the direct supervisor of the Customer Service Representative within the Office of the Registrar;
- In this capacity, monitors the daily front-of-house operations of the Registrar's Office, including - but not limited to - customer service, transcript processing, diploma mailing, and addressing in-person, telephone, and email inquiries;
- Collects and tracks student requests for status changes, including withdrawals, leaves of absence, study abroad and readmission to the College;
