Responsibilities:
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, providing comprehensive nursing care in the operating room.
Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment, adhering to infection control standards and best practices.
Administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist in various surgical procedures.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
