- This training will include emergency generator operations, centrifugal chiller operations, switchgear and uninterruptible power systems operations, as well as ancillary systems such as HVAC and Fire System operation.
- Monitor building and energy management systems; operate data center systems and equipment; respond immediately to urgent situations (e.g., fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.)
- Monitor, operate and maintain heating equipment, chillers (air and/ or water cooled), DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems, etc.
- Inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling tower, all motors, house pumps, electric rooms, back-up generator, fire pump(s), sump pump(s), and ejector pumps.
- Perform light-duty plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair tasks
