- As a union contractor, we work on a referral process from the local union halls for the hiring of all craft workers.
- Our Operating Engineer (Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and General Foreman) tasks involve the operation of various pieces of machinery/equipment on construction jobsites; may prepare site and assist with other duties as assigned.
- Operator Engineer (Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and General Foreman) responsibilities include, but not limited to: Heavy Equipment Operator: dozers, rollers, scrapers, forklifts, etc.
- Asphalt/Rock/Sand/Gravel Plants: involves part maintenance, requiring skills in electrical systems, welding, and conveyor belt repair along with the operation of support equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, skid-steers and forklifts.
- Construction/Building/Soils/Materials Inspector: perform inspections and testing for reinforced concrete, soils, structural masonry, prestressed concrete, structural steel and welding.
