- At least 3 years of experience with enterprise service management, workflow, or business process automation tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce or Appian preferred)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 or later and ITSM best practices
- Plan and lead projects using Business Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including value-stream mapping and DMAIC
- Act as a peer group leader to coach and train staff on business analysis, business architecture, standards and processes.
