- Regularly engage with the customer and PerkinElmer staff to ensure quality and compliance within the laboratory.
- Actively participate on committee(s) supporting LSC's across PerkinElmer and the customer sites with a focus on providing guidance through presentation and document creation.
- In charge of managing the building's lab coat requirements including assessing inventory levels, supplying name tags, and working with GLS line manager to escalate any issues or changes with the vendor.
- To help coordinate the working environment with lab staff and PerkinElmer e.g. lab space, availability of PPE, and removal of redundant equipment, etc.
- The Lab Support Coordination team will be required to provide off-hours on-call support for responding to equipment alarms and alerts.
