- This company is in search of an office manager to primarily handle international and domestic orders and order fulfillment, purchase orders, handling the logistics of events and trade shows, as well as vendor relations and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain costing sheets for products, analyzing cost data to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate ocean freight shipments, including booking containers, managing documentation, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and manage commercial invoices for international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and accurate billing information.
