- Friendly, high-energy CPA firm in Cooper City seeking Administrator to perform a variety of administrative duties.
- The Administrator will execute routine administrative duties such as greeting clients, scheduling and confirming appointments for multiple partners in Microsoft Outlook, answering and redirecting phone calls to staff, writing and delivering phone messages, simple data entry, copying and scanning documents, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- The Administrator will also seldomly assist with special projects such as file management, contacting clients via phone and email to for payment, process payments, updating internal logs, contacting clients to advise of finished projects and payment arrangements.
- Candidates must have friendly, clear communication skills and problem solving abilities.
- Must be able to work independently to achieve desired results as well as in a collaborative environment with other administrative staff.
