Responsibilities <ul><li> Provide customer service to residents and applicants where necessary.</li><li> Maintain files in an organized and accessible manner in accordance with Conifer standards of operations, to include updating information for the wait list and creating new filing systems as needed.</li><li> General clerical duties including data entry, filing, mail, phones, copying, scanning, and other duties as assigned.</li><li> Compose, prepare, and proofread correspondence, office memos, reports, and monthly newsletter, maintaining required confidentiality at all times.</li><li> Make recommendations for improvements in correspondence if appropriate.</li><li> Answer multi-line telephone system, take accurate messages, and screen and direct telephone calls in a professional manner.</li><li> Process incoming and outgoing mail by operating postage meter</li><li> Operate standard office equipment efficiently to include multi-line telephone system, computer with printer, photocopy machine, facsimile machine, scanner, and postage meter.</li><li> Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li><li> Flexibility to assist at other properties when assigned.</li><li> Physical attendance at assigned work location (Corporate Office) during scheduled hours is essential. </li></ul>EDUCATION/TRAINING <ul><li> Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li><li> AAS in Business a plus.</li><li> Compliance knowledge or prior experience with HUD-Sec. 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit or willing to obtain is helpful.</li><li> Certifications in housing industry a plus </li></ul>Experience <ul><li> Minimum 1+ years’ administrative office and customer service experience required.</li><li> Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li> Prior Yardi Voyager preferred or other housing industry software.</li><li> Excellent office clerical skills – phones, mail, data entry, filing. </li></ul>APPLY TODAY via our website link to complete our application process and attach your resume: https://www.careersatconifer.com .
