- Job Related Tasks: Will answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for reaching out to customers if additional information is needed to approve their contract (i.e.- signatures, finance paperwork, etc.)
- Responsible for keeping customers informed of the progress of their project, identifying customers’ needs, research issues and provide solutions.
- Responsible for updating customers’ profiles with notes- will scan necessary information into profiles when needed.
- Responsible for calling to schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
