Job Summary The Occupational Therapy Assistant II provides direct patient and family centered care while under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team and the supervising Occupational Therapist. This includes treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plan as necessary. May participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development. Pay Range Minimum $30.33 Midpoint $40.19 Maximum $50.05 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience <ul><li> Required: Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience.</li><li> Preferred: Clinical Affiliation in Pediatrics. </li></ul>Education <ul><li> Required: Successful completion of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program. </li></ul>Specialized Skills <ul><li> Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.
