Description Occupational Therapist - Home Health Care Services at St Joseph Home Care-Sonoma County Schedule: Part Time, Day Shift (3 Days between M-F) Job description: Occupational Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.
