- This will be achieved by providing comprehensive work-place health services through prevention and early intervention.
- Workers Compensation injury and illness evaluation (within scope of practice), treatment and case management for sites as assigned
- Deliver, as appropriate, all medical surveillance programs in compliance with Federal requirements and Company guidelines, including but not limited to: Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Powered Industrial Vehicle, Reproductive Risk Assessment, DOT, Hazmat, Vision, Laser Vision, and any other surveillances needed based on risk assessments.
- The Occupational Health Nurse will provide critical clinical support to the R&D and Manufacturing operations of her assigned sites.
- Work closely with HSE regarding Industrial Hygiene data interpretation as related to surveillance/PPE; medical recommendations in work risk assessments; work-related injuries and illnesses prevention; accommodations and return to work
